SAN FRANCISCO, October 6, 2026. Civic today opened Briefs, by Bryn, as a Public Preview at civic.com/briefs. Anyone can sign in with any email address, name a company, and inside a minute receive a Brief: a page about that company written by Bryn, the GTM Agent. GTM is the sales and marketing side of a company.

Bryn, by Civic, is the agent for founders, first GTM hires, and the teams that own revenue. It watches a company's site and product for buyers, works out who they are, decides if they are worth acting on, and runs the follow-up the team approved. Every run is logged, so the people who sign off can read it. A Brief is that read, on one company, on request.

Each Brief carries who the company is and whether it looks like a buyer, a score out of 100 with what Bryn looked at, the tools the company runs ranked by what they mean for the follow-up, the people who would sign off, and the first follow-up Bryn would run. The last section is the receipt: the Brief is built by one of Bryn's own rules, and the page prints the clock of each step, from the request to Bryn's own follow-up. Open a Brief later and the score re-reads, with a list of what has happened since it was sent.

In the Public Preview, Briefs runs with Bryn as the customer: each company is scored against the customer Bryn is built for. The same capability is being built into Bryn for its customers, scored against their own customer profile, and the preview is out now so people can see it work first.
