For growth teams

Let Bryn act across your stack, with every action controlled and logged.

When multiple people and systems touch the same account, you need to know what triggered an action, which Play authorized it, and what happened next. Bryn takes the action and records the full run.

Bryn only acts inside rules your team approved.

Every Play defines the trigger, the accounts it applies to, and the action Bryn may take. Your team approves the Play before it runs. Every run is then logged from signal through action. The loop stays the same: watch, score, act, log.

We ran it on ourselves before we asked anyone else to. Run #0001, the first time Bryn ran for real, fired on Civic's own site: watched to logged in under five minutes, published straight from the audit log.

Nothing runs outside an approved Play

Every action traces back to a Play your team approved: the trigger, the accounts it covers, and the channel it writes to.

The kill switch is a single click

Stop everything, or one region, segment, or Play. The stop itself is on the record.

Every action is on the record

What Bryn saw, why it scored that way, what it did: timestamped and exportable.

Bryn plugs into the stack your team already runs: Slack, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Snowflake, and a webhook for everything else. See every integration →

How Bryn scores an account

Every score shows the signals behind it.

Every account gets a transparent score: Fit, Intent, Timing, and their Composite, the blend Plays usually trigger on. For any account, you and your reviewer can see exactly which signals produced the number and why it landed where it did.

Fit

Does this company match the kind of customer you want?

Intent

Is it behaving like a buyer: pricing visits, repeat sessions, high-intent signals?

Timing

Is it happening now, or was that last month?

Composite

The blend of the three. Plays usually trigger on this one.

Before a Play moves into Run mode

Use the same four checks Civic uses internally.

Before any Play at Civic moves from Approve into Run mode, it clears these four checks. Your team can apply the same four to every Play you run.

  1. Trigger

Is the trigger well defined? Can you state in one sentence exactly what fires this Play and what does not?

  2. Recoverable

Is a mistake recoverable? If the Play does the wrong thing once, can you undo it or absorb it?

  3. Record

Can you read the record afterward? Will there be a log of what it did and why, that a person could audit later?

  4. Kill switch

Do you keep a kill switch? Can a human stop it, override it, or take the wheel back immediately, without a deploy?

"Run, when the job clears all four and you are comfortable letting it go end to end. Approve, when you want to see the move before it leaves. Kill, the switch that is always in your hand."
