Every tool execution in Nexus is fully auditable.
Nexus automatically logs each time a tool runs so you can troubleshoot issues, meet compliance needs, and understand how your toolkits are being used.
For every execution, Nexus records:
- Who ran it (user ID and whether it was a human or AI/service)
- What ran (server ID and tool/operation name)
- When it ran (timestamp)
- Where it ran (the profile or toolkit)
- What happened (status: COMPLETED, ERROR, etc)
- Parameters used (the inputs)
- Outputs returned (the results)
You can browse this history with filters, view usage trends, export logs, and monitor patterns like success and error rates.
