Kognitos makes an agent's lessons wait for a sign-off. Copy that before your agent touches customers.
Kognitos launched AI Employees for finance on October 21, and the part worth copying is small: an answer becomes the agent's rule only after an approver signs off. Kognitos's October 21 release lists 61 roles, from accounts payable to the month-end close, backed by 515 written procedures.
Each role runs a plain-English procedure a person approved. A builder agent called Quill drafts new ones from a team's systems and recent transactions. Nothing is published until a person approves it.
When a case falls outside the procedure, the run pauses and asks. The team then decides, action by action, when the agent may act without asking first.
The quieter risk is the other path. Someone answers a one-off question in chat, and the agent treats it as policy from then on. Kognitos treats that answer as a draft until an approver signs it.
I'd copy that for any agent that touches customers. The exception a sales rep allowed once shouldn't become the next hundred follow-up emails. A fix typed in a hurry isn't a rule until someone owns it.
