AI assistants knew Keap by name but rarely recommended it. Being known isn't being on the list.

Envoyra's fall 2026 report found AI assistants all knew Keap by name but recommended it in 3 of 400 CRM answers, so being known isn't being on the list. Envoyra's report asked each of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity 170 buyer-style questions a week, from September 13 to October 4.

The reverse showed up too. Profound was recommended in 136 of 384 category answers but recognized by name in 5 of 24. Some answers described a different company with the same name. And the lists moved. Only 144 of 680 question and assistant pairs gave the same brands all four weeks. Search Engine Land covered the study on October 22.

Read it with care. Envoyra sells in one of the categories it studied and didn't publish its questions. It also tested the models through their APIs, not the consumer apps.

Still, the two questions are cheap to run yourself. Ask an assistant what your company does. Then ask what to buy in your category. If the first answer describes someone else, I'd start with your homepage's first sentence. Make it say what you sell and who it's for, in words no same-name company could claim.
