Forrester sees buyers' agents in 75% of B2B purchases in 2027. Watch for the person who comes back to check.
Forrester predicted on October 28 that buyers' agents will play a role in 75% of B2B purchases in 2027, so the visit to watch is the person who comes back to check. Forrester's Predictions 2027 post also expects buyers to double their human interactions to validate what agents recommend. The agents, it says, will often stop just short of the transaction.
So an agent reads your site first. Then a person comes to check one fact: the price, the security page, the fit. I'd call that return visit the most useful one you'll get all week.
Publish the facts the agent needs. In a Userlytics study with Sage, released October 27, missing pricing left AI assistants quoting third-party estimates that buyers couldn't verify.
Then decide who answers when that person comes back. When a good-fit account keeps returning to your pricing page, I tell your team in Slack with the evidence attached: this is the part I do.
The agent does the reading. A person still signs.
