# Daniel Kelleher

*Chief Technology Officer, Civic*

Daniel Kelleher is the Chief Technology Officer at Civic; his experience is varied - after obtaining a PhD in Computational Linguistics and Machine Learning in Dublin, he worked in finance, e-government, decentralised identity and now, agentic security, where he is putting his focus in designing the secure tool-calling layers that make agentic AI safe and effective for businesses.

Daniel lives in Berlin with his family, and when not seen working from Berlin's leafy cafés, you can mainly find him swing dancing.
