# Bryn Brand

The Bryn brand page explains why Bryn looks the way it does, then documents the system as shipped on civic.com. A bryn is a hill: from the high ground you see the whole field before you move, and every choice serves that job. It covers the horizon mark, the Bryn lockup, and the Civic mark with usage, clear space, and sizes; Palette D, where warm paper carries the light register, deep violet-black the dark, and each accent does one job; the type split between Geist for what we say and Geist Mono for what the product says; stamps, hairlines, and hills as the surface idioms; the motion contract (short, eased, played once); the voice split between our stance and Bryn's record; and the downloadable assets, the same files the site serves.
